The inspiration and vision of HRH The Prince of Wales, the "Operation Entrepreneur" is a program of Prince's Trust Canada that provides veterans and transitioning members of the military community with the tools they need to start and grow successful businesses.
Mr Prabhsimar Singh, the founder director of Cangem Global took this opportunity in 2021 to serve the most integral part of Canadian societal fabric, our proud veterans. Mr Singh shares his views on helping and mentoring Canadian veterans through the Prince's Trust Canada. He states that mentoring ex military officers and helping them meet their business goals is one of the most satisfying experiences he has ever had. Through the "Operation Entrepreneur" program, he gained insight into the military community by completing mental health and military culture awareness training.
As per him, this is the best way of giving back to the community and he requests other entrepreneurs and experienced members of the business community to come forward and be a part of the Prince's Trust Canada and the Prince's Trust International to serve our veterans.
"As a mentor and as an entrepreneur, I am glad that I am able to put my knowledge and experience towards such a noble cause of helping the military community to integrate into the business community. It has been my dream to be able to give back and serve the Canadian armed forces."
